Go wine-tasting in Paso Robles, zip-lining in Santa Margarita, shopping in SLO or the relax on one of the gorgeous beaches of Morro Bay and Cayucos in less than 15 minutes. It’s a great central location to explore the area… and, of course, over 200+ wineries in the Paso Robles AVA. SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS
The master bedroom features a queen bed and shares a Jack and Jill bath with bedroom 2 which can sleep 3 on a bunk with a full-size mattress on the bottom and twin on the top. Bedroom 3 offers a queen bed and bedroom 4 has two single twins. Sleep nine people comfortably. A second bathroom is shared between bedroom 3 and 4. It also acts as the guest bath.
LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Interior)
Walk through the front door and be greeted by a bright and spacious living room with a huge sectional with seating for 6+. Two side chairs accommodate two more. Gorgeous new hardwood floors and a painted brick fireplace complete the modern look. Relax and enjoy some of your favorite TV shows on the 55” LG SmartTV. Don’t forget your Netflix or Prime account numbers so you can stream movies and other favorite entertainment. The second living space, sharing the two-sided fireplace, has two comfy chairs and a 50” LG SmartTV. The SmarTVs are pre-loaded with Hulu Live and Disney+. Between the two living spaces and a dining room with seating for 8, is a very functional galley style kitchen with access on either end as well as to the backyard. The kitchen is fully updated with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a working peninsula with 2 ratan stools, a 6-burner stovetop, a side-by-size fridge, microwave oven and built-in desk space. The dining area, adjacent to the kitchen, has a large wooden dining table and ratan seating for 8.
LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Exterior)
Off the kitchen is a deck where a large propane gas BBQ grill takes center stage. Off the deck, to the ground level there is a picnic table with seating for 6+ and a firepit for sipping some local wines while the kids toast some marshmellows.
GUEST AMENITIES
We provide personal amenities including soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, paper products, kitchen necessities such as dish soap and trash bags. There are plenty of linens and bath towels. Laundry facilities and detergent are both in laundry areas. The kitchen is also stocked with the essential staples: coffee, tea, olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and spices. There is dinner service for 8 as well as plenty of serving necessities.
THE IMMEDIATE AREA
This home is just a five-minute drive or a peaceful 20-minute walk down winding tree-lined streets to downtown Atascadero where there are coffee shops, wine-tasting rooms, bars, restaurants, great local shops, and a craft brewery or two. The Atascadero Lake Park offers free summer concerts from June through August every Thursday night. Pack a picnic basket, a bottle of wine or two, your beach chairs and enjoy local musicians belting out everything from jazz to rock and blues.
PROVISIONS
Vons is the nearest grocer, located 5 minutes away on El Camino Real. Just 5 miles up the 101 on Vineyard Drive in Templeton is a Trader Joe’s. While at the Trader Joe’s you can pick up some fresh caught fish at Pier 46 Fish Market or grass-fed local meats at J&R Meats. ACTIVITIES Wine, beer and spirits tasting, hot air ballooning, horseback riding, water park, jeep rides, ziplining, hiking, nature walks, Animal Zoo, Farmer’s Markets, concerts at Vina Robles Amphitheatre, spas, beaches, Morro Bay, Hearst Castle, Cambria…take your pick. There are endless options to play until your heart’s content. And don’t miss Paso’s latest attraction, Sensorio. Designed by artist, Bruce Munro, the “Field of Light” exhibition is a 15-acre walk-through experience through over 58,800 stemmed spheres.
