Grab a fresh croissant at Hush Harbor Artisan Bakery or a glass of local zinfandel at Fossil wine bar while shopping in Atascadero’s adorable budding downtown. Go wine-tasting in Paso Robles, zip-lining in Santa Margarita, shopping in SLO or the relax on one of the gorgeous beaches of Morro Bay and Cayucos in less than 15 minutes. It’s a great central location to explore the area... and, of course, over 300+ wineries in the Paso Robles AVA.
This Tuscan-themed ranch style home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, (one en suite) living/dining and kitchen great room and a fenced-in backyard with a BBQ and dining table. It's the perfect getaway for 2 couples, a small family or a girlfriends’ wine-themed weekend.
The master bedroom en suite features a King bed, a ceiling fan and direct access to the private backyard. Bedroom 2 offers a full bed and ceiling fan. A second bathroom is shared between bedroom 2 and other visiting guests.
Walk through the front door and be greeted by an open concept living/dining/kitchen great room. A leather sofa is perfect to relax and enjoy some of your favorite TV shows on the 42” SmartTV. Don’t forget your Netflix or Prime account numbers so you can stream movies and other favorite entertainment.
The spacious kitchen is fully updated with stainless steel appliances, awesome cement countertops with unique shell fossils built-in, a working peninsula and counter with 4 leather stools, a 4-burner stovetop, a side-by-size fridge and a GE Microwave oven.
The dining area, adjacent to the kitchen, has a large wooden dining table and chairs with seating for 4.
Off the kitchen, through the French doors is a private patio/garden area in the shade of the Spanish moss- covered oaks.
Stop and smell the roses as they greet you upon entering. And don’t forget to taste the table grapes when they’re ready to eat. A tomato and herb garden is there for the taking.
We provide personal amenities including soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, paper products, kitchen necessities such as dish soap and trash bags. There are plenty of linens and bath towels. The kitchen is also stocked with the essential staples: coffee, tea, olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and the homeowner’s very own “Bren’s Blend Spices.”
This home is just a five-minute drive down winding tree-lined streets to downtown Atascadero where there are coffee shops, wine-tasting rooms, bars, restaurants, great local shops, and a craft brewery or two. The Atascadero Lake Park offers free summer concerts from June through August every Thursday night. Pack a picnic basket, a bottle of wine or two, your beach chairs and enjoy local musicians belting out everything from jazz to rock and blues.
Vons is the nearest grocer, located 5 minutes away on El Camino Real. Just 5 miles up the 101 on Vineyard Drive in Templeton is a Trader Joe’s. While at the Trader Joe's you can pick up some fresh caught fish at Pier 46 Fish Market or grass-fed local meats at J&R Meats. Just two minutes away is the Grocery Outlets for some bargain shopping.
