Spectacular overview of Paso Robles and the surrounding hills! ★★★★
The house is a spacious 3 BR ranch with a very open feel. One side of the house, including most of the rooms face a spectacular overview of Paso Robles and the surrounding hills. The furniture and maintenance are inconsistent, some good some less so. We arrived for a one week anniversary stay and within 15 minutes received an email telling us the hot water in the master BR was intermittent. No big deal for the two of us, although we could have been informed upfront. However during the week, on two occasions the other full bath room exhibited what might be similar problems with the hot water. I would hesitate renting until these hot water issues were fixed. Besides the view, the Jacuzzi/spa was a highlight, although the cinderblocks and large rocks used to hold the cover in place were difficult to move. Again the owner might want to fix the method of holding the cover in place since someone could easily get hurt. Overall we rated the property a 4 assuming these issues were addressed. - Steve J December 2020
