It’s the perfect place for a couple or two to stay while enjoying the vineyards and restaurants! ★★★★★

Enjoyed my stay at Hawk Hill! It’s the perfect place for a couple or two to stay while enjoying the vineyards and restaurants around Paso Robles. Very comfortably appointed, complete kitchen with All Clad pots and pans, and thoughtful touches include toiletries, coffee pods and live plants. The front porch couches are perfect for drinking coffee in the morning while the dog clears or for a glass of wine during sunset. Fountains were a delightful amenities. The picnic table overlooking the valley is the place to serve dinner. All in all, peaceful and enjoyable!

enjoy the view with a good cup of coffee! ★★★★★

We thoroughly enjoyed staying on Hawk Hill. Close to 101 and not far from downtown, enjoyed being isolated on the hill with great views outside both sides of the house. Needless to say it is very quiet location, great place to wake up and enjoy the view with a good cup of coffee (Spearhead Coffee downtown has some excellent beans). Kitchen amenities had everything we needed, and the beds were comfortable. Recommend without any hesitation. Thanks Kathy!

My husband loved it so much, he said it needs to be our vacation spot again next year! ★★★★★

My husband and I along with our newly married daughter and her husband stayed here for three nights. The home was very clean and had a cool vibe. We especially loved the backyard with a beautiful valley view, fire pit, bbq grill, and large picnic table. The kitchen windows that opened to the patio bar were especially nice for passing plates and food to the outside. The kitchen had a juicer, blender, Keurig machine and had many utensils, pots/pans, bowls; everything you would need to cook meals. They also had staples available such as oil, spices, foil, etc. My husband loved it so much, he said it needs to be our vacation spot again next year.

It feels like your own private desert oasis! ★★★★★

It feels like your own private desert oasis. The fact it's accessible only by a dirt road affords you the utmost privacy. That said, it's still a mere 15m drive from town, so you get the best of both worlds. The kitchen is wonderful, as is the layout of the house. It's minimal in both form and function, but done very tastefully. Me and my wife had a very enjoyable stay—and even saw a wild fox.

Peaceful and quiet! ★★★★★

Kathy’s house close to Paso Robles is a real jewel. It’s located off highway 101 on the top of a hill which provides you with a great view across the Salinas River valley. And it’s super peaceful and quiet up there, with a tremendous cooling breeze that’s so refreshing on those hot summer days. The nights are perfect for star gazing here, and since it cools down at night quite a bit you don’t even need to switch on the AC. Despite the quiet and peaceful location, the house is actually close to all the spots that you may want to visit, from San Luis Obispo to Pismo Beach, to Los Osos and Morro Bay to make a few, that are easily within a 45 min radius. The house itself looks newly renovated/rebuilt and has all the amenities you may want; fully stocked kitchen with a professional grade gas range, ceiling fans in every sleeping room, wood/charcoal grill and separate gas grill outside and much more. We really enjoyed our stay at Kathy’s house and will be back next time we visit the area!

Location was perfect! ★★★★★

Could not give a better review for Hawk Hill. Location was perfect for our 4 day trip to Paso - easy drive to downtown and wineries. Views from the place were incredible and made even better by the indoor / outdoor design of the home and back patio. Will definitely be back next time we're in Paso.
