(Don’t forget your Netflix or Prime account numbers.) The en suite has a dual vantity and huge walk-in shower. Bedroom two and bedroom three each don queen bed and share the 2nd full bathroom upstairs. That bathroom has a single vanity and a tub/shower combo. Fresh linens, towels and toiletries are provided.

Walk through the front door and drop your things in the spacious foyer, then enter the bright and spacious great room….living, dining and kitchen all open to each other. The living room has a sofa with a built-in lounger, along with 3 side chairs. It also has a giant “beanbag” chair to really relax. The Living room features a 60” SmartTV equipped with Apple TV and Roku.

The full-equipped updated kitchen with eat-in dining table has stainless steel appliances, a 4 burner stove/over combo with a center griddle, dishwasher, microwave and an entire array of small appliances to whip up your favorite meals and pair with a wonderful Paso Wine. The dining table is in the kitchen and can accommodate 4. There is also a dedicated desk for those that must work.

Just off the living room through the glass door is a private back patio with bistro tables and seating for 6. There is also a gas BBQ for grilling up some burgers or juicy steaks.

We provide personal amenities including soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, paper products, kitchen necessities such as dish soap and trash bags. There are plenty of linens and bath towels.

You are in Paso Robles Central! This home is just next door to a restaurant. You can practically have them hand you your breakfast in bed. It’s also just two minutes from the town square where there are dozens of wine-tasting room, restaurants, shopping and a farmer's market every Saturday morning. Downtown there are over 12 wine tasting rooms, along with a distillery and local craft breweries. The downtown City Park offers free summer concerts from June through August every Thursday night. Pack a picnic basket, a bottle of wine or two, your beach chairs and enjoy local musicians belting out everything from Jazz to Rock and Blues.

Smart & Final is the nearest grocer, located a few blocks away on Spring Street. A few miles from town there is an Albertson's on Niblick and Trader Joe's is just down the road a bit on Vineyard Drive in Templeton. While at the Trader Joe's you can pick up some fresh caught fish at Pier 46 Fish Market or head on over to the butcher, J&R Meats, for some grass-fed local meats and game. Back up in Paso you can find a few quality cheese shops, Vivant Fine Cheese and Di Raimondos Italian Market and Cheese Shop, along with some cigar shops, Boyd's and Third Base Market & Spirits.

What goes best with wine…FOOD! Paso is packed with great restaurants. Stay a week or two so you can try all of them! Italian, French, Irish, Asian, Mexican, even Argentinean are just a few. From pizza to 5-course meals, Paso Robles has come of age in its dining options. Just a bit to the south, in Templeton, offers a few more options including McPhee's where you can find some of the best wood-fired steaks in town.

Wine, beer and spirits tasting, hot air ballooning, horseback riding, water park, jeep rides, ziplining, Farmer's Markets, concerts at Vina Robles Amphitheatre, spas, beaches, Morro Bay, Hearst Castle, Cambria...take your pick. CANCELLATION 30 DAYS or LESS before your check-in date, Renters will forfeit the total rental. .
CANCELATION 31-59 days before check-in, Renters will receive a 50% REFUND in the amount paid less any travel insurance fee, booking fees or CC fees of 3.5%.
CANCELATION 60 days before check-in, Renters will receive a 100% refund including all fees.
EARLY DEPARTURE – There are no refunds for early departures.
The total rental includes all charges on the paid-in-full invoice. Renters may mitigate this loss by purchasing Travel Insurance or Cancel for Any Reason insurance offer by from third party providers
