Nestled behind one of Paso’s protected giant oaks, this recently remodeled, pet-friendly, 1930’s Spanish home on historic Vine Street sits on a quiet street walking distance to downtown Paso Robles and just blocks from the new Paso Robles Market Walk. Featuring large bay windows that create a bright and airy space, this home is centrally located to many of Paso’s 200+ wineries and a short walk or drive to the historic town square where guests can enjoy great farm to table restaurants, local breweries, wine tasting, craft cocktails, shopping and more. Tucked away in the back of the home is a private patio (completely enclosed for the safety of your pup) with a gas fire pit and grill, perfect for enjoying the temperate Paso evenings with a glass of local wine.
This one-story home has 3 bedrooms and an additional pull-out couch in the living area so 8 guests can sleep comfortably. The master bedroom has a king bed, a large closet, a 43” Smart TV and a private door to the back patio. The second bedroom also features a king bed, 4 large windows and private access to the back patio. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a quaint window seat. Both bathrooms are newly remodeled with authentic ceramic tiling – one includes a bathtub/shower combination in the other with a large walk-in shower with bench.
Living & Entertaining
Walk through the front door to be charmed by the decorative fireplace in a bright and spacious living room featuring a 50” Smart TV with streaming applications (don’t forget your Netflix and Hulu account info). With large bay windows that let in spectacular light and a large sectional couch, this is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day exploring stunning wine country. Large kitchen with large bay windows, reclaimed butcher block counters, upgraded stainless-steel appliances, and Saltillo-tiled flooring are just a few of the amenities. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, flatware, service-ware, wine glasses, pots/pans, Instapot, baking dishes, platters, cooking spices and oils, everything you’d need to prepare meals. A 12-cup coffee Ninja coffee maker and single-serve Keurig are also available to jump-start your day. Those who prefer to spend more time outside can enjoy a glass of wine in the front of the house at the bistro set under the shade of one of Paso’s prestigious oak trees. Or relax next to the firepit while grilling out on the cozy, Saltillo-tiled back patio.
We provide personal amenities including soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, paper products, and necessities, such as dish soap and trash bags. There are plenty of linens and bath towels. There is a new washer/dryer in unit and detergent is provided. The Immediate Area This home is located in Paso Robles Central, just a minute drive from the town square with dozens of wine-tasting rooms, local breweries, restaurants, shopping and a farmer’s market every Tuesday and Saturday mornings. Only a 10 min walk away is the new Paso Robles Market Walk featuring fresh local California cuisine, the SLO Cidery, and the Wine Merchant, among other vendors. A great place to grab a bottle of wine and some food and enjoy in the outdoor seating area.
A number of grocery stores (Albertson’s, Trader Joe’s, and Smart & Final) are a short drive away. If you feel like cooking, Pier 46 Fish Market in Templeton is a great place for fresh fish and J&R Meats is the butcher of choice for some grass-fed local meats and game. Vivant Fine Cheese and Di Raimondos Italian Market and Cheese Shop are great places to furnish your cheese and charcuterie board to go along with your local wine. Pick up some wine at the Paso Robles Wine Merchant and fresh baked goods at Just Baked at the new Paso Robles Market Walk, just a few blocks away. Restaurants For a smaller town, Paso is surprisingly packed with great restaurants. Some of our favorites are: Le Petite Canailles (French), Fish Gaucho (Mexican), The Naked Fish (Sushi), Momotaro Ramen (Japanese), Roots on Railroad at the Backyard (American), Jeffrey’s Wine Country BBQ, Taste Paso Robles, and Street Side Ale House.
Wine, beer and spirits tastings, hot air ballooning, horseback riding, jeep rides, ziplining at Margarita Adventures, farmer’s markets, concerts at the Vina Robles Amphitheatre, hot springs, beaches, Hearst Castle…all within less than a 30-min drive!
