Walk through the front door to be charmed by the decorative and eclectic furnishing in a bright and spacious living room featuring a 44” TV with Apple TV and a DVD player. The dining room opens up to the updated galley kitchen which is fully equipped with all the essentials to whip up some gourmet meals to pair with your latest Paso Wine acquisitions. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, microwave, fridge, gas stove, etc.) and is stocked with all the cooking utensils, small appliances and staple spices necessary…and, of course, a Mr. Coffee coffeemaker.
The front yard features a fire pit with built-in seating to hang out and sit ‘n sip wine while playing bocce ball in the small court in the front yard. The backyard features a dining table with seating for 6 in the private, shade-covered patio. A BBQ is available to grill up your summertime favorites.
We provide personal amenities including soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, paper products, kitchen necessities such as dish soap and trash bags. There are plenty of linens and bath towels. Laundry facilities and detergent included in the laundry area. The kitchen is also stocked with the essential stapes: olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and spices. The BBQ and fire pit both run on propane or gas which is provided.
You are in Downtown Paso Robles! You can walk to the town square where there are dozens of wine tasting rooms, restaurants, shopping and a farmer's market every Saturday morning. Downtown there are over 12 wine tasting rooms, along with a distillery and local craft breweries. The downtown City Park offers free summer concerts from June through August every Thursday night. Pack a picnic basket, a bottle of wine or two, your beach chairs and enjoy local musicians belting out everything from Jazz to Rock and Blues. It’s also just a few blocks from the new Paso Market Walk where you can find all sort of gastronomical delights.
Smart & Final is the nearest grocer, a dozen blocks away, north on Spring Street. Just a block away is Cregor’s Liquor & Deli that has an impressive deli (their tri-tip sandwiches are to die for) along with a great collection of spirits and beer. Another favorite located just two blocks away is Twisted & Glazed, a unique and delectable donut shot. A few miles from town there is an Albertson’s on Niblick and Trader Joe's is just down the road a bit on Vineyard Drive in Templeton. While at the Trader Joe's you can pick up some fresh caught fish at Pier 46 Fish Market or head on over to the butcher, J&R Meats, for some grass-fed local meats and game. Back up in Paso you can find a few quality cheese shops, Vivant Fine Cheese and Di Raimondos Italian Market and Cheese Shop, along with some cigar shops, Boyd's and Third Base Market & Spirits.
What goes best with wine…FOOD! Paso is packed with great restaurants. Stay a week or two so you can try all of them! Italian, French, Irish, Asian, Mexican, Organic, even Argentinean are just a few. From pizza to 5-course meals, Paso Robles has come of age in its dining options. Some of our favorites in Paso Robles include BL Brasserie, The Hatch, Thomas Hill Organics, Buena Tavola, Fish Gaucho, Street Side Ale House, The Alchemist and Jeffry's Wine Country BBQ. Just a bit to the south, in Templeton, offers a few more options including McPhee's where you can find some of the best wood-fired steaks in town.
Wine, beer and spirits tasting, hot air ballooning, horseback riding, water park, jeep rides, ziplining, Farmer's Markets, concerts at Vina Robles Amphitheatre, spas, beaches, Morro Bay, Hearst Castle, Cambria...take your pick. There are endless options to play until your heart's content. And don’t miss Paso latest attraction, Sensorio. Designed by artist, Bruce Munro, the “Field of Light” exhibition is a 15-acre walk-through experience through over 58,000 stemmed spheres.

This house is in a perfect spot! A nice, quiet neighborhood but close to the action in downtown Paso Robles! And just minutes away from the best wineries on the West side of Paso. This house has a great kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and a great backyard with a gas grill and table for 6 . . . we had a wonderful dinner one night out back. The gas fire pit is very cool too - we had wine and cheese around the fire pit one evening.

We loved staying at Kathy's beautiful property in Paso Robles! The house was cozy and perfect for what we needed as a group of 2 couples. The kitchen was surprisingly large and had great amenities, including a large fridge and small wine fridge! The little backyard with the grill was great, as was the fire pit out front (although we did not get to utilize them much due to how cold it was in December). King bed was also very comfortable. The location and proximity to downtown Paso could not be beat! You are a short walk to downtown shops, bars, and restaurants. You are also a short drive to great wineries in Paso, as well as Templeton. The management company that runs the property is very kind, helpful, and responsive to my texts and in-app messages. It would have been helpful to know about the converted garage/tiny house on the property where I believe the owner lives. I was surprised to see that when we arrived as it was not mentioned in the listing. It ended up not being an issue besides some noise of talking and dogs in the morning that the queen bedroom heard. Overall, everything was amazing and we had a fantastic stay! We would consider booking this property in the future and would recommend it to friends! Thank you Kathy!

A great spot for two couples to enjoy walking to downtown Paso Robles!! The house was clean and pleasant, plenty of space, well appointed. Has everything you'd expect, including great air conditioning. Unfortunately, like another reviewer, we were woken up at 8am by construction noise in the garage. The property manager was very fast to reply, and the owner offered an early lunch at their restaurant, but we already had plans. Would recommend contacting the property to understand the construction schedule!

We were here for a wedding. We enjoyed the small backyard for our morning coffee and breakfast. We also enjoy the fire pit in the front on one of the evenings. You can walk to town, drive or take an Uber/Lyft. They have a binder with all the info you need during the stay. Great restaurant suggestions, Catch, Bono Tavola and Fish Gaucho were our choices for dinners.

Kathy has a wonderful home, comfortable and ultra clean. We were a group of 6 celebrating my kid and their friend's milestone birthdays. It's located next to many vineyards and a short drive to downtown. We arrived at Midnight and had a little problem with the front door not taking the code, but thankfully the backdoor worked! Kathy is awesome calling about 15 minutes after I messaged on Airbnb. Since we arrived after dark and there is a chain on the gate, we were worried we were locked out, but that is not the case just unhook. I highly recommend booking this place for trip! Thank you Kathy!

This space was great for our group of 8! We had an awesome time at your location! I appreciated the quick communication beforehand, especially as we asked for an early check in! The house was super clean and well kept. We also appreciated the local recommendations! Will not hesitate to look up this location again when we find ourselves back out in Paso Robles!

“Waking up to birds chirping with the vineyard view was the best. This is a clean and well managed place with everything provided for a comfortable stay. Neighborhood kitty cat being the welcome host! It is on the east side of the 46 and little more than 15 min drive to restaurants and shops but definitely worth the quiet tranquility you don’t get staying near the town center which got crazy busy over the weekend! Amazing beautiful place that I cannot wait to come back to stay again. There was a gate that was not automatic that I had to open and close each time I left and came back, which was a pain but only and simply because I have an ankle and hip injury. Clean and efficient. This is a gem of a place for anyone looking for a quiet get away.”

The property was very clean and felt very homey. It was also well stocked and had very clear instructions on how to use the wifi, thermostat, etc. Overall we had a great stay. The only downside was that the road leading to the property was an uneven dirt road, but we know that's not the owners fault. We would definitely recommend staying here for someone who wants a nice, quiet, and private stay.

“Our stay was only 2 days but we enjoyed the house - the space is well-designed and was perfect for our family of 4. The surroundings are beautiful and you truly get a 'ranch-like' experience given neighboring goats and animals. The road is not paved leading up to the house so be careful at night. It's a 10-15 min drive to the downtown square but it's close to many wineries on Rte 46. The hosts left a bottle of wine and great recommendations.”

“Very welcoming home! Great at getting back to any of my questions in a timely manner! All beds and furniture were SO comfortable. I booked this place to help celebrate my bachelorette party and I have to say it did not disappoint! I loved the fact that our cars could be parked on an enclosed property as well! I’d highly recommend booking here if you’re looking for a fun, clean and safe place to stay in Paso!”

“Had a great stay at Kathy’s place. 5 of us fit perfectly. Not sure how more than 6 can fit, should take into consideration there is only 1 bathroom. Aside from the 1 bathroom (which we knew going in) we had a nice stay. Pictures are pretty spot on to the house. The bottle of wine was a nice treat. Only complaint (which we also knew going in) was there were no Uber’s/lyfts available. The house is about 13 minutes from downtown and we expected to be able to find something but could not which was a bummer. Luckily we had a backup plan and were able to get around just fine.”

“Kathy’s place was great! It’s definitely in the country part of Paso but it wasn’t too out of the way from where we had reservations. We drove to most of the wineries so I am not sure how the uber situation is from there. The house had almost everything you needed to stay comfortable and I really appreciated the extra touches in the bathroom! Please do note that there is only one bathroom in the home, so if you’re staying with another couple or two, then definitely plan on shower shifts! All in all, I would def recommend Kathys place if you’re looking for a cute place away from downtown!”

"Cute little home. Perfect for 4-6 people. I loved the livestock around the property and the baby goats. We weren’t able to get an Uber from this location on a Saturday night. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit on."
