About the Property

The Neighborhood

This 3BR/2BA authentic Spanish home is located on a quiet block of historic Vine Street tucked among some of Paso Robles’ protected oaks which provide comforting shade on a hot summer’s day. The whole property is fenced in to provide privacy and a place for your pup to safely run around. With easy access to the 101 and Highway 46, this home is conveniently situated and within walking distance to the Paso Robles Event Center and the Mid-State Fair, the new Paso Robles Market Walk, and many restaurants, bars, and shopping at the downtown square.

This one-story home has 3 bedrooms and an additional pull-out couch in the living area so 8 guests can sleep comfortably.  The master bedroom has a king bed, a large closet, a 43” Smart TV and a private door to the back patio. The second bedroom also features a king bed, 4 large windows and private access to the back patio. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a quaint window seat. Both bathrooms are newly remolded with authentic ceramic tiling – one includes a bathtub/shower combination in the other with a large walk-in shower with bench.

Walk through the front door to be charmed by the decorative fireplace in a bright and spacious living room featuring a 50” Smart TV with streaming applications (don’t forget your Netflix and Hulu account info). With large bay windows that let in spectacular light and a large sectional couch, this is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day exploring stunning wine country.

Large kitchen with large bay windows, reclaimed butcherblock counters, upgraded stainless-steel appliances, and Saltillo-tiled flooring are just a few of the amenities. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, flatware, serve-ware, wine glasses, pots/pans, Instapot, baking dishes, platters, cooking spices and oils, everything you’d need to prepare meals. A 12-cup coffee Ninja coffee maker and single-serve Keurig are also available to jump-start your day.

Those who prefer to spend more time outside can enjoy a glass of wine in the front of the house at the bistro set under the shade of one of Paso’s prestigious oak trees. Or relax next to the firepit while grilling out on the cozy, Saltillo-tiled back patio.

We provide personal amenities including soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, paper products, and necessities, such as dish soap and trash bags. There are plenty of linens and bath towels. There is a new washer/dryer in unit and detergent is provided.

This home is located in Paso Robles Central, just a minute drive from the town square with dozens of wine-tasting rooms, local breweries, restaurants, shopping and a farmer's market every Tuesday and Saturday mornings. Only a 10 min walk away is the new Paso Robles Market Walk featuring fresh local California cuisine, the SLO Cidery, and the Wine Merchant, among other vendors. A great place to grab a bottle of wine and some food and enjoy in the outdoor seating area.

A number of grocery stores (Albertson’s, Trader Joes, and Smart & Final) are a short drive away. If you feel like cooking, Pier 46 Fish Market in Templeton is a great place for fresh fish and J&R Meats is the butcher of choice for some grass-fed local meats and game. Vivant Fine Cheese and Di Raimondos Italian Market and Cheese Shop are great places to furnish your cheese and charcuterie board to go along with your local wine. Pick up some wine at the Paso Robles Wine Merchant and fresh baked goods at Just Baked at the new Paso Robles Market Walk, just a few blocks away.

For a smaller town, Paso is surprisingly packed with great restaurants. Some of our favorites are: Le Petite Canailles (French), Fish Gaucho (Mexican), The Naked Fish (Sushi), Momotaro Ramen (Japanese), Roots on Railroad at the Backyard (American), Jeffrey’s Wine Country BBQ, Taste Paso Robles, and Street Side Ale House.

Wine, beer and spirits tastings, hot air ballooning, horseback riding, jeep rides, ziplining at Margarita Adventures, farmer's markets, concerts at the Vina Robles Amphitheatre, hot springs, beaches, Hearst Castle...all within less than a 30-min drive! And for something really unique and special, we encourage you to check out Sensorio, a spectacular “Field of Lights” exhibition with 15-acres of stemmed fiber-optic lit spheres deigned by artist Bruce Munro – only a 12 minute drive from this property.

Perfect location for wineries and downtown! ★★★★★

We had 3 mom's and 4 early 20 something daughters. Kitchen was fully loaded, we ate in and cooked a couple of meals. Bedrooms were large enough to make sharing a room manageable. Bathrooms were spotless, spacious and newly remodeled. Perfect location for east and west side wineries and downtown. Couldn't have asked for a better weekend getaway!!
