A spacious living room with enough room for all to gather for board games or a favorite movie with ESPN Plus, Disney Plus, Hulu and over 80 live channels from YouTube TV. Light up the electric fireplace for a cozy game night in or a glass of wine.

Just off the living room is the gourmet kitchen with all stainless-steel appliances, a large piano shaped island and all the essentials to whip up some gourmet meals to pair with your latest Paso wine acquisitions. It’s stocked with all the cooking and cocktail utensils, small appliances and staple spices necessary and, of course, a 12-cup coffeemaker.

Downstairs off the kitchen you’ll find a fully decked out basement game and theater room! A full bathroom, kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator, recliners, card table and a reading nook. Stream your favorite movie or live game and settle in with the electric fireplace.

The centerpiece of our home is our brand-new California Room. Lovingly built in 2021 with a gorgeous all Redwood deck, Redwood trim and shelving. A 16-foot, zippered roll-up screen with privacy curtains that can be opened or closed depending on the weather or your mood. Sling your favorite cocktails across the custom built, Redwood outdoor bar, sided with reclaimed barn tin from a local ranch. Everything you need to prep your BBQ is here: refrigerator, butcher block, a six-foot rolling stainless table, and a party ice machine. Mix up Margaritas or pour some of your favorite Paso wines and brews while watching “the game” on the 32” TV mounted in the bar. After dinner, gather around the fire pit or use the single barn light hanging over a four-chair wine barrel cocktail table for a more intimate setting.

You are in Paso Robles Central! This home is just 2.5 blocks from the town square where there are dozens of wine tasting room, restaurants, shopping and a farmer's market every Saturday morning. Downtown there are over 12 wine tasting rooms, along with a distillery and local craft breweries. The downtown City Park offers free summer concerts from June through August every Thursday night. Albertsons is the nearest grocer, a short drive on Niblick Rd. Gregor’s is nearby for the quick essentials. Trader Joe's is just down the road a bit on Vineyard Drive in Templeton. While in Templeton head on over to the butcher, J&R Meats, for some grass-fed local meats and game. Back at the house, you can find a few quality cheese shops, Vivant Fine Cheese (a block away), The Vreamery (vegan cheese), and Di Raimondos Italian Market and Cheese Shop. For local wines, be sure to stop in to the Paso Robles Wine Merchant at the new Market Walk and say hello to Justin and Julie!

What goes best with wine…FOOD! Paso is packed with great restaurants. Stay a week or two so you can try all of them! Italian, French, Irish, Asian, Mexican, even Argentinean are just a few. From pizza to 5-course meals, Paso Robles has come of age in its dining options. Some of our favorites in Paso Robles include The Alchemist’s Garden, Momotaro Ramen, Della’s Wood Fired Pizza, and Les Petites Canailles.

Wine, beer and spirits tasting, hot air ballooning, horseback riding, water park, jeep rides, ziplining, Farmer's Markets, concerts in the park, spas, beaches, hot springs, Morro Bay, Hearst Castle, Cambria...take your pick. There are endless options to play until your heart's content. And don’t miss Paso latest attraction, Sensorio. Absolutely Amazing! ★★★★★

Absolutely amazing. We have nothing but amazing things to say about this stay. If we could give it 10 stars, we would.

From the start, the walk up to the house is stunning - great curb appeal! Inside, the furniture is perfect for the space and everything we were looking for. We were with a large group of couples and every couple had their own bedroom. There was PLENTY of space. Each bedroom is thoughtfully curated and has comfortable mattresses, pillows, and sheets. The bathrooms are large and clean and there's great water pressure. The kitchen is large and we made use of great island in there as well as the nice, large dining room table.

Our favorite part of the house was the California room and back yard. Wow. The indoor / outdoor space was perfect. The weather was warm during the day and cool at night and this place was definitely the main hangout spot. The couch there was large and comfortable, the blankets were warm, and the record player was just the right touch.

We played cornhole out back, made a fire in the fire pit, and hung out around the bar area - the ring toss game was a great touch.

The house is two blocks from downtown Paso and we made good use of the location, walking into town for numerous meals throughout the days we were there.

The vineyards are also a short drive away, just adding to the positives about this place.

We can't say enough good things about this space and are already planning a trip back in January. Thank you for such a wonderful stay and making our weekend away so special.
