We had the best time! Came here for a girls weekend and the house was beautiful! Quiet location- Both the indoor and outdoor space was beautiful. 3 king sized beds was perfect for our group ( we don’t mind sharing beds). The bathrooms were gorgeous- and the living room was perfect for quality time together. The kitchen had everything we needed- including a wine fridge:) The only thing I would say is- it wasn't really within walking distance to downtown, if you are dressed in anything but sneakers. However- it was fairly easy to get a uber/Lyft to take you the short ride downtown. The location is up on a hill with beautiful views- perfect for sitting outside or in the hot tub. The house was sparkling clean and had all the touches of a 5 star hotel. We will be back 🙂

Wonderful week in Kathleen's delightful home with our son, daughter-in-law and 3 month old. Perfect layout for grandparents at one end at mom and dad and baby at the other so no sleep issues! Very nicely equipped and maintained and convenient to everything. We look forward to returning here.

Beautiful house with a lovely view. The outdoor space was serene and got to see some deer walking around as we enjoyed our coffee inside. Very clean and overall comfortable. Walked to the downtown area but if you’re gonna have food delivered make sure to give very very specific directions as it is tucked away. Highly recommend this home.

Sparkling clean place. This place had everything we needed and in a good location.
- Shirin G
This place is amazing! I will definitely book again. Perfect location. We had such a lovely time. Beds were so comfortable. Kitchen stocked with all the utensils. Perfect amenities. Kathleen was super accommodating with the check in and check out requests. Highly recommend!
- Ty J
Enjoyed our stayed. Check-in was easy, the space was very clean and the views from the patio were better than expected.
- Alicia L
Highly recommended! The place is beautiful! Very nice outdoor area and with a view. The apartment inside is very new, stylish and spacious. Very comfortable and a great location.
- Eduardo M
Very well equipped home in a great location. Very comfortable beds, recently updated. Would stay again!

This house is beautiful with an amazing front porch and view. It’s close to downtown and everything was super clean and well appointed. The cleaning staff (we interacted with them one night) was very friendly and helpful. Kathleen is very quick to respond should you need to communicate with her.

We had a wonderful weekend in Paso Robles at this lovely spot that is so convenient to downtown and wineries/vineyards. Upon arrival it was clean and comfortable. We stayed here with 2 other couples and we all appreciated the king size beds in each room-which is hard to find in any home! The kitchen was great with anything you would need to make meals...plus the grill or cauldron for bbq. We had a great time and loved our stay here.

The house was great - everything was just as advertised and was super well appointed, it has everything you need to be comfortable and more! Great bluetooth speakers, appleTV, games etc. Every appliance you could think of (waffle iron, kitchenaid mixer, 3 types of coffee machines!) Our biggest concern during COVID was cleanliness and pacific perch did not disappoint. Kathy, the listing manager was great and easy to work with and responded to all of our concerns quickly. I especially loved the collection of books in the small bookcase as well as the various cookbooks found throughout the house. Jacuzzi and fire pit were awesome touches (even though we couldn't use them much due to the smoke hazard in the area). Great access to wineries and downtown Paso's dining options! Overall would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for a nice landing spot and quiet group getaway in Paso Robles!

This home was such an awesome place to stay. It is high up on a hill and gives off mountain vibes. The jacuzzi outside was awesome and we used it all 3 days we were there! The beds were very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed! We slept great! The beautiful main bathroom had an amazing jacuzzi tub as well! The host provided all of the kitchen essentials and the smart tv had netflix and hulu. I would highly recommend this home. We had a great time tasting wine all weekend and relaxing once we got home!
- Kelly G
This was our second stay, and we had another great weekend relaxing with the hot tub and fire pit. The house had a recent remodel that makes everything hip and comfortable, and two families with kids and dog have more than enough space to play. We love the location high on a hill that gives peaceful views (and hides the road and traffic) while still being only a leisurely 1/2 mile walk to downtown Paso Robles.
- Nicole S
We absolutely LOVED our stay! We packed so many cooking tools (since we cooked all of our meals to avoid exposure) and we didn't end up needing any of it! The house had everything and then some!! The indoor and outdoor spaces were both fantastic. We already talked about visiting again in the future!
- Alex P
Great 2 night stay in Paso Robles, This location was less than 5 min from downtown close to all the wineries! Very comfortable home, looks exactly like the photos!
- Jennifer C
This place has a great front yard that feels private and quiet. The inside feels newly renovated and very clean. A note for dog owners: there is no fencing around the perimeter of the front yard. Overall we loved our stay and would book again.
- Lindsay O
Kathleen’s home is a great place. Very clean and comfortable. The hot tub and outdoor fire pit were great. Beds were extremely comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, and the bathrooms were beautiful. Thanks for a much needed restful stay.
- Richard D
Cute home with a well equipped kitchen and great patio space for dining, barbecues and roasting marshmallows. Close to wineries.
- Ann C
“Amazing outdoor space for a group! Comfortable interior equipped with everything you could need, including a workspace. Enjoyed our nights by the fire and loved every bit of our stay!”
- Marie O
“The home was beautifully appointed and we really enjoyed our girls weekend getaway in Paso. I was really impressed with the home - the kitchen was fully stocked with quality appliances to cook throughout our stay. The living area is very spacious and great for relaxing after a day of wine tasting. Highly recommend Kathleen's place and hope to come back soon!”
- Amanda R
What a great little gem! Cutest decor inside and wow - what a stocked kitchen. Everything to cook with and feel at home. Everyone enjoyed a King bed! And you can’t beat the outdoor space. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Great property! Loved the private front yard with comfy outdoor furniture, fire pit and hot tub! We spent a lot of time out there and even saw some deer on the property. Kitchen was well appointed with everything you could need. Although, we did have trouble with the coffee pots working properly. Three bedrooms, master is very comfortable with large closet and attached bath. Other 2 rooms are smaller, one has no closet, but was fine for our group on a short trip. Main bathroom is beautifully remodeled with a massive soaker tub! Seriously the largest I have ever seen! Tv features netflix and Hulu with accounts already logged in to, so easy to watch. Living room sofa not comfy, but all the beds were amazingly comfortable! Great location, feels private, but just a few minutes from the center of town. Really enjoyed our stay and would rent again!
Kathleen’s place was great for a family getaway for a few days! It felt super clean and had everything we needed! The hot tub was the perfect touch at the end of each day. I would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.
This place really exceeded our expectations. The house was immaculately clean, well-appointed with comfy furniture and the kitchen is bright with everything you need for a homemade meal. The outdoor sofas by the hot tub are the perfect spot to chill and enjoy the afternoon breeze, with a view of the sunlit hills in the background. This visit was just a stop on the way home for us, but we'll definitely be coming back to enjoy it again!
This was the nicest house I've ever rented, and it made our trip so much more relaxing and fun than I expected (and I was already expecting a lot!). It looks like a modest house with nice furnishings in the photos but inside there are so many things that made us say 'Wow' on top of providing every convenience. Kathleen was very friendly and easy to work with. My favorite parts: -Amazing bathroom tub/shower that is the size of some exterior hot tubs. Two adults can fit comfortably! -Walkable to downtown (.5 miles) but the house's position at the top of a hill makes it feel isolated, with a lovely breeze and clear views of the hills and stars at night. -Really nice finishes that are obviously the work of an interior designer, from the coordinating colors to woods, nice curtains and fixtures throughout he house. -Outdoor spa was very clean and easy to operate, private with trellis, and positioned well to offer shade in the daytime. -Nice work-from-home setup with monitor, keyboard, mouse and webcam ready to connect. -Amazon Alexa connected and ready to tell you jokes, turn off the lights and more. -Three coffee making machines: Nespresso (with pods), Bodum and regular drip machine. -Every item we looked for we found: Firestarters for the fire pit, wine opener, games, oil/seasoning, tupperware, and there was a lot that we didn't use but I thought were nice touches. It's really an ideal home, I almost don't understand why they let people rent it with so many nice things inside! We would love to come back to this home in the future.
We had a wonderful stay at "Pacific Perch." The views are fantastic and the home is very well appointed in terms of furnishing, linens, technology and kitchen supplies (you will have an array of methods available for making your morning coffee). We have stayed at many different hotels and vacation rentals in the Paso area over the years and this one rates near the top.
Beautiful and clean home. Would recommend.
Yes, our stay was excellent! Great house, nice location, and a very relaxing getaway.
Kathleen's place is a great wine country retreat! It has a very updated and well provisioned kitchen. The furniture is modern and updated as well. The pictures also don't do the view justice! It's very nice sitting on the patio and looking out over Paso Robles. Great value and overall excellent stay.
Excellent home in a great location. We were very comfortable during our stay! Highly recommend.
Great home located in a very central location convenient to downtown. Entire house was sparkling clean and was outfitted with everything we needed! Would definitely stay here again!
This awesome hill top location is great for a few couples to escape to for a wine weekend. Gorgeous morning views while enjoying a cup of coffee, and relaxing in the hot tub at the end of the day was a great touch! Also great kitchen for cooking yummy meals. Definitely recommend!
Great living space, open kitchen, great outdoor space. Wonderful for 3 couples as you all can have a king sized bed. Would stay here again!
Kathleen's home is very clean and accommodating. Plus, it is very close to everything we wanted to do. All of us thought the beds were very cozy! The amenities in the kitchen were perfect too.”
Perfectly located near downtown Paso Robles, Kathleen’s place is absolutely ideal for a weekend away in Paso. We wined, we dined and we relaxed at the hillside property all weekend. Don’t forget to spend time in the hot tub or by the fire pit. We will definitely come back.
We loved staying at this home. Great amenities and layout, well stocked kitchen, beautiful views, and the hot tub was the perfect way to end the day. The location is great and the walk to downtown not bad at all. The hill/driveway will get your heart rate up, but we didn’t mind after all the great food we had in town. We’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a home to stay in around Paso.
The house was nicely appointed and clean. Property Management was very accessible. Only small complaint was that there should have been more towels since there was a hot tub. Only one towel per person was allotted for the entire stay. Would stay again if we return to Paso Robles.
My girlfriends from college and I chose this place for a mini reunion. We had a BLAST and can’t wait to do it again. Thank you so much!
Had a great time, very nice location house was neat and clean, great kitchen area. Didn't take advantage of hot tub personally but kids did and enjoyed it. TV was a bit of a disappointment as we couldn't find any regular channels, there was no volume so we had to play with settings to finally get volume. Finally got into our account with Netflix but very late in the night. Perfect stay otherwise and close to where we needed to be. I would definitely recommend the house and will stay there again.
