The master en suite, with great views of the almond trees, dons a queen bed and an en suite with dual vanities and a stand-up walk-in shower. The master bath also has an oversized soaking tub. Awww, relax, you’re in Paso! Time to unwind and wine down.

Bedroom two, also features a queen bed and shares bathroom two with bedroom three. Bedroom three has two twin beds…perfect for the kids or just friends.

Walk through the front door and be wowed by the wine stave wall constructed with used wine barrels, the bright and airy open concept living, dining and kitchen all newly renovated.

There is plenty of space in the living to enjoy a wonderful “cocktail hour” sitting around the coffee table on the sofa for four or the two stylish side chairs or just watch your favorite TV shows on the 50” SmartTV. Don’t forget your Netflix or Prime account numbers so you can stream movies and other favorite entertainment.

Across the entry area and adjacent to the living area is the dining area with a farmhouse dining table and seating for six. There’s also a hand-painted map of the Paso Wine area. Start planning your wine adventures right there! The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen which is fully equipped with all the essentials to whip up some gourmet meals to pair with your latest Paso Wine acquisitions. The kitchen has a stainless steel fridge, quartz countertops, and a regular, 12-cup, drip coffeemaker. A granite island is perfect for the chef to prep a meal or be used as a buffet table. The kitchen stocked with all the cooking utensils, a number of small appliances and a staple of spices.

Outside enjoy the wonderful views in two firepit areas. The first fire pit area has three Adirondack chairs and a gas fire pit for the perfect spot to sip and view the star-filled skies. An outdoor living room around to the north side of the house has seating for 6 that is horse-shoed around a second fire pit with perfect views to the north and out of the wind.

We provide personal amenities including soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, paper products, kitchen necessities such as dish soap and trash bags. There are plenty of linens and bath towels. Laundry facilities and detergent are in the laundry area and available for guests to use. The kitchen is also stocked with the essential stapes: olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and spices. There is dinner service for 12 as well as plenty of serving necessities.

You are in Downtown Paso Robles! This home is just five minutes (2 miles) from the town square where there are dozens of wine tasting room, restaurants, shopping and a farmer's market every Saturday morning. Around the square there are over 12 wine tasting rooms, along with a distillery and local craft breweries. The downtown City Park offers free summer concerts from June through August every Thursday night. Pack a picnic basket, a bottle of wine or two, your beach chairs and enjoy local musicians belting out everything from Jazz to Rock and Blues.

Smart & Final is the nearest grocer, located on Spring Street about 20 blocks away. A few miles from town there is an Albertson's on Niblick and Trader Joe's is just down the road a bit on Vineyard Drive in Templeton. While at the Trader Joe's you can pick up some fresh caught fish at Pier 46 Fish Market or head on over to the butcher, J&R Meats, for some grass-fed local meats and game. Back up in Paso you can find a few quality cheese shops, Vivant Fine Cheese and Di Raimondos Italian Market and Cheese Shop, along with some cigar shops, Boyd's and Third Base Market & Spirits.

What goes best with wine…FOOD! Paso is packed with great restaurants. Stay a week or two so you can try all of them! Italian, French, Irish, Asian, Mexican, even Argentinean are just a few. From pizza to 5-course meals, Paso Robles has come of age in its dining options. Just a bit to the south, in Templeton, offers a few more options including McPhee's where you can find some of the best wood-fired steaks in town.

Wine, beer and spirits tasting, hot air ballooning, horseback riding, water park, jeep rides, ziplining, Farmer's Markets, concerts at Vina Robles Amphitheatre, spas, beaches, Morro Bay, Hearst Castle, Cambria...take your pick.
